The product offering is subject to the discretion of the Seller.  Seller will produce orders within Seller's limitations as to size, gauge, and quality, in accordance with the current process quoted by the Seller to the Buyer.  all sales are made subject to availability at time of order, subject to causes beyond Seller's control.

Quotes/Ordering

Quotes are subject to change without notice.  Cancellation of fabricated orders is not permitted.  Materials are quoted P.I.E. (price in effect) at time of billing.

Shipment/Freight

For orders being shipped, Buyer's orders will be shipped common carrier from the Seller's plant to the Buyer's facility.  If material is being shipped to the Buyer's job site, additional fees will apply.

Payment

Open account sales have payment terms of Net 30 days unless otherwise stipulated.  Credit may be given after thorough credit investigation of Buyer's company.  Seller may revoke credit privileges at any time.  Arrangements for obtaining a commercial credit application are made between ADVANCED Architectural Sheet Metal and Buyer.  Visa and Mastercard charge cards will be accepted.  Invoices will be dated the day of shipment.

Order Delays

Seller will not be liable for delay arising from any cause not within Seller's control, including but not limited to: accidents, breakdown, mechanical failure of plant equipment, or machinery arising from any cause whatsoever, or failure of usual sources of supply of materials needed to complete your order.
